On April 20th, there will be a fund raiser for Ja Pace at the Caprice Night Club. Ja suffers from a genetic blood disorder called beta thalassemia, which requires a once a month blood transfusions and shots daily. Until recently, people with this disease lived for no more than 40 years. The cure is a bone marrow transplant. She must raise $200,000 to have this procedure.
